Our team recently completed general contracting for two historic apartments located in the Heber Scowcroft Mansion, a 1909 neoclassical four-square home in Ogden, Utah.
The owner purchased the mansion in 2006, and we worked with her to remodel paint, carpet and tile in 2012, and complete the thorough remodel of the remaining two apartments in 2026.
Apartment Eight is one of only two historic units in the building, and was remodeled from the original 1930’s footprint. This unit features all new electrical, plumbing, kitchen, bath, appliances, furnishings, gorgeous restored hardwood floors, ample LED lighting, and private secure entry.
