IoLandarch worked on the exterior and interior renovation of this commercial space on Wall Avenue in Ogden, Utah. The building was the office of another prominent landscape architecture firm over 20 years ago. We worked to preserve the original interior courtyard and beautiful mature beech tree. The rest of the building was in rough shape however, including a hodge-podge of add-ons and questionable remodels over the years. We stripped the building down to reveal its modern bones, and completely re-imagined it, with sleek metal siding and a bold color palette to catch the attention of passers-by. The renovated building is currently for sale.
