Thomas Carr Carriage House

The historic Thomas Carr House is a California Bungalow-style home built in 1910. It features shingled gables, a large, symmetrical front porch and unique leaded glass windows with a Mormon Cricket motif. The interior of the home features original craftsman-style woodwork, oak floors and a distinctive clawfoot tub. We originally worked on the restoration of the home in 2008, when it was converted back into a home after having been used as an office building for nearly 30 years. Subsequent to the original renovation. In a fun twist of fate, this house eventually became our own home in 2017, and we have subsequently completed additional renovations including new exterior paint, and the addition of a new carriage house.
